1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the VanguardTEFL website and purchasing our digital courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Course Enrollment and Access Period
- Access Duration: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you are granted access to the purchased course materials for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment.
- Post-Completion Access: You will retain access to the course materials for review purposes after completing the course, up until your 12-month access period expires.
- Expiration: Access to the course will automatically terminate at the end of the 12-month period.
- Repurchasing: If your access has expired, you may repurchase the course to regain access or to complete an updated version of the curriculum.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The courses, text, graphics, videos, quizzes, and overall content provided on VanguardTEFL are the intellectual property of VanguardTEFL and are protected by copyright laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of the content without our express written permission.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your student portal.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
